This policy explains how Words Duel handles information.
In short: in this version, the Game has no ads, no tracking, no accounts, no analytics tools, and does not upload your gameplay progress to our server.
Local gameplay data
The Game may store settings, current or saved games, archived matches, progress, achievements, records, and a local cache for confirming access to the Full Game locally on your device.
This information is used only for the operation of the Game and remains on your device. Mindarelus has no access to it and does not receive it unless you choose to send it to us when requesting support, for example through a screenshot or a description of a problem.
Purchases
The Full Game is unlocked through a one-time purchase via the relevant platform store, such as Google Play or the Apple App Store. Payment, payment methods, store account data, restoring access, and any refund requests are handled by the relevant store, not by us.
We do not receive or store full payment card details or other payment method details.
Ads, tracking, and analytics
In this version, the Game does not use advertising libraries, analytics libraries, or hidden tracking mechanisms. We do not sell personal data and do not share your gameplay progress with advertising or analytics partners.
Support
If you contact us for support, we will see the information you choose to send, such as your email address, message, screenshot, or description of a problem. This information is used only to reply, check, and resolve the issue.
Support messages are handled through the email service we use for correspondence. We do not use them for advertising, analytics, profiling, or selling data.
Children and parental controls
The Game does not require an account and is not designed to collect personal data from children. If a child uses the Game, this should happen in accordance with the age rating, the rules of the relevant platform store, and parental control settings.

In this version, the Game does not use our servers to store gameplay progress and does not upload your gameplay data to us.

Because gameplay progress is stored locally on your device and is not sent to us, Mindarelus cannot directly view, correct, or delete this local gameplay data for you. You can remove it by deleting local data or uninstalling the Game.

Language versions
This Privacy Policy is available in English and Bulgarian.
For users in Bulgaria, the Bulgarian version applies. For users outside Bulgaria, the English version applies.
If there is any inconsistency between the language versions, the version applicable to the user’s country or region shall prevail. Nothing in this Privacy Policy limits any mandatory privacy, data protection, or consumer rights that apply under applicable law.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the Game changes, when platform store rules change, or when legal requirements change. The current version will always be available on this page.
