Unlock issue — Android / Google Play
- Make sure you are signed in to Google Play with the same account used for the unlock.
- Open the Game and choose Settings → Restore access.
- If Google Play does not find a previous unlock, send us a short description of the issue.

- Make sure you are signed in to the App Store with the same Apple ID used for the unlock.
- Open the Game and choose Settings → Restore access.
- If the App Store does not find a previous unlock, send us a short description of the issue.
What to include
- Your device and operating system version, if you know them, for example Android 14 or iOS 17.
- A short description of the issue.
- A screenshot, if useful.
- Whether the issue is about purchase, restore, startup, save/load, or gameplay.
