If you have an issue with the Game, Full Game access, or restoring access, contact us.

Unlock issue — Android / Google Play

• Make sure you are signed in to Google Play with the same account used for the unlock.
• Open the Game and choose Settings → Restore access.
• If Google Play does not find a previous unlock, send us a short description of the issue.

Unlock issue — iOS / Apple App Store

• Make sure you are signed in to the App Store with the same Apple ID used for the unlock.
• Open the Game and choose Settings → Restore access.
• If the App Store does not find a previous unlock, send us a short description of the issue.

What to include

• Your device and operating system version, if you know them, for example Android 14 or iOS 17.
• A short description of the issue.
• A screenshot, if useful.
• Whether the issue is about purchase, restore, startup, save/load, or gameplay.
