By downloading, installing, or using Words Duel, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
Product
Words Duel is a tactical word game. The app is free to download and offers a one-time Full Game unlock.
Age and parental consent
The Game is intended for a broad audience according to the ratings and rules of the relevant platform stores. If you are not old enough to accept these Terms on your own in your country, use the Game only with permission from a parent or guardian.
Full Game
The Full Game is a one-time unlock through the platform store. It is not a subscription, not a hint pack, and does not sell XP, achievements, records, or gameplay advantage.
Payments, restoring access, and refund requests are handled by the relevant store, such as Google Play. Refunds are provided only when required by the store rules or applicable law.
Platform stores
Your use of the Game may also be subject to the terms of the relevant platform store, such as Google Play or the Apple App Store. These Terms supplement the applicable store rules and standard license terms where they apply.
License and intellectual property
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Game for personal, non-commercial, entertainment use, subject to these Terms and the rules of the relevant platform store. The Game is licensed, not sold.
The Game, including its software, code, design, name, marks, visual layout, interface, original graphic elements, and specific presentation, is protected by applicable intellectual property rights.
Mindarelus owns or has the right to use these elements within the Game. These Terms do not transfer any rights in the Game, its code, brand, specific visual materials, or third-party materials to you.
You may not copy, distribute, sell, rent, modify, decompile, extract code from, or bypass technical restrictions of the Game, except where expressly permitted by law.
Dictionaries and valid words
The Game uses broad dictionaries to validate moves. Some vulgar, discriminatory, hateful, or explicitly inappropriate words are excluded to keep the Game friendly and suitable for a broad audience.
We do not guarantee that the dictionaries contain every possible word, form, dialect, name, or specialized term. A word may be rejected even if it exists in another dictionary or source.
A word being accepted by the Game means only that it is treated as a valid gameplay entry. It does not represent endorsement of the word’s meaning, usage, or attitude.
Non-discrimination and language context
The Game does not promote discrimination, hatred, humiliation, or hostility toward any person or group based on origin, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, identity, disability, or any other personal characteristic.
The dictionaries are used only to validate words during gameplay. Some words may have historical, regional, scientific, neutral, or evolving meanings. Keeping or excluding a word is a product decision made to support a safer and fairer game; it is not a statement about any person, culture, or community.
Rules of use
When using the Game, you agree not to:
- use the Game for illegal activity, harassment, hate speech, fraud, spam, or harm toward other people;
- use bots, modified clients, automated tools, or other methods to manipulate the game logic;
- copy, distribute, resell, rent, or provide the Game to third parties without our permission;
- attempt unauthorized access, bypass restrictions, alter purchases, or violate the rules of the platform store.
If you materially violate these Terms, we may limit or terminate your access to features of the Game, including future online services or multiplayer, to the extent permitted by law and by the rules of the relevant platform store. This does not limit any refund rights you may have under the law or the store rules.
Local data and privacy
The Game stores settings, progress, and saved games locally on the device. Deleting the app, clearing data, or changing devices may remove local progress unless a separate cloud save or sync feature is added in a future version.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Game is provided for entertainment purposes and on an “as is” basis, to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee that the app will always work without errors, interruptions, or loss of local data.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of progress, data loss, device issues, or emotional distress related to content generated during gameplay, including words appearing from the dictionaries. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. If you are a consumer residing in a member state of the European Union, you retain the protection of the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. For users residing outside the European Union, any dispute shall be brought before the competent courts in Bulgaria, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any claim or dispute against Mindarelus will be handled on an individual basis and not as part of any class, representative, or consolidated action.
Language versions
These Terms are available in English and Bulgarian.
For users in Bulgaria, the Bulgarian version applies. For users outside Bulgaria, the English version applies.
If there is any inconsistency between the language versions, the version applicable to the user’s country or region shall prevail. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights or protections that apply under applicable law.
Changes and future versions
We may improve the Game, fix issues, add content, and update these Terms. The current version of the Terms will always be available on this page.
General provisions
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
Our failure or delay in exercising any right under these Terms does not mean that we waive that right. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the rules of the relevant platform store, govern your use of the Game.
